Parameter	Description/Comments
Name	(bool) License pool name.
Description	(string) License pool's password
MaxConcurrentReservation	(int) Maximum number of licenses (sandbox reservations) allowed by the license pool.
Domains	(string) Comma-separated list of domain ids to add the license pool to.
